Care Leavers
Young people aged 16 and over transitioning out of local authority care, requiring stable accommodation and structured support as they begin their journey towards independence.
ChurchGate Residential provides safe, stable, and person-centred accommodation and support for young people, care leavers, and vulnerable young people across the United Kingdom — helping each individual build confidence and move towards a secure, independent future.
We work alongside local authorities, social workers, and commissioning teams to provide safe, high-quality placements and structured support that makes a lasting difference.
At ChurchGate Residential, we believe every young person deserves a stable home and the opportunity to grow. Our experienced team delivers consistent, compassionate support that is tailored to the individual — from the moment a referral is made, through to successful independent living.
We collaborate closely with placing local authorities, health professionals, education providers, and advocacy services to ensure a joined-up approach that keeps the young person at the centre of all decision-making.
Our services are designed to meet the diverse and complex needs of vulnerable young people at critical points in their lives.
